My Health and Safety background is very hands-on! For over two decades, I have been involved in the building industry, from being on the tools to running my own building business for ten years.
I enjoyed being responsible for the Health and Safety of my staff. When I decided on a career change, the decision to become involved in the Health and Safety industry was an easy one!
Over the last ten years, as a Regional and National Health and Safety Manager looking after multiple branches, I’ve held various senior roles across various industries. This included working on multi-million-dollar national building contracts for a state-owned enterprise, council road maintenance contracts and working with contracting companies. I understand the challenge of maintaining Health and Safety standards across multiple sites.
